In the early morning hours of December 18 around 6 am screams were heard at the Shadetree Shelter in Las Vegas. The sleepy residents awoke from there cold beds to find a young mother holding her dead baby Zechariah. A fellow resident attempted to perform CPR but it was no use. Emergency workers were slow to respond 15-20 minutes according to reports from residents.
The residents reported no heat inside the building.
Residents reported extremely cold conditions inside the cement floored facility.

He has a Master of Arts degree from University of Nevada, Las Vegas where he focused on how climate control was visually framed in the media using content analysis, enhanced weathering techniques that create power and control atmospheric carbon dioxide percentages using olivine powder and Sonics and high-energy x-ray applications.
