Why Don’t We Grow Food Everywhere?

Why can’t a park double as an orchard? Same with golf courses, school grounds, college campus, corporate headquarters, backyards, vacant lots, everywhere we currently plant grass or trees that don’t bear fruit. We could grow biofuels next to roads.
